sanantonio_cnmc2009This weekend is the Catholic New Media Celebration in San Antonio!  And I am honored that I was asked to give one of the workshops at this conference.  So cool to be a part of it!  I can’t wait!

If any of you are going to be there, please let me know so I can meet you in person.

Patrick Madrid and Fr. Dave Dwyer (of BustedHalo.com) are going to be the keynote speakers.  Find the full program here.

A little blurb about the conference:

The 2009 Catholic New Media Celebration (CNMC) is an international conference which focuses on evangelization of the Roman Catholic faith using New Media. The conference is sponsored by the Starquest Production Network, a non-profit corporation with the goal of reaching out to the secular world in faith.

The goals of the conference are:

  • To support and enhance evangelization through the use of New Media
  • To provide information and support for New Media Producers
  • To foster community among producers and consumers of Catholic New Media

If you can’t make it to San Antonio, you can catch it on uStream as well. It’s gonna be an awesome weekend. I’ll give a full report next week.

My sister and I are faithful readers of your blog and will be at the CNMC this weekend. We look forward to your workshop and meeting you in person. I first heard about you on Daily Breakfast, so it is only appropriate to meet you at an SQPN conference.
